How We Work
A process built for zero surprises
Every NGI installation follows a proven six-phase methodology refined across hundreds of hotel openings. From the first planning call to the final punch-list sign-off, we own the process so you don't have to.
Pre-Installation Planning
We begin weeks before the first truck arrives. Our team reviews your design package, procurement schedule, and site conditions to build a room-by-room installation plan that eliminates surprises.
- Design package review
- Procurement schedule alignment
- Site condition assessment
- Installation plan development
Logistics & Coordination
We coordinate directly with your procurement team, freight carriers, and general contractor to sequence deliveries, secure staging areas, and protect finished surfaces before a single piece of furniture arrives.
- Freight carrier coordination
- Delivery sequencing
- Staging area setup
- Surface protection protocols
Receiving & Inspection
Every shipment is received, inspected, and documented against the purchase orders. Damaged or missing items are flagged immediately so replacements are ordered before they become a schedule risk.
- PO reconciliation
- Damage inspection & photography
- Replacement order coordination
- Secure inventory storage
Installation & Assembly
Our crews move floor by floor, room by room, assembling and placing every piece to design intent. We work in coordination with your GC to stay on the critical path and keep the project moving.
- Floor-by-floor sequencing
- Manufacturer-spec assembly
- Design-intent placement
- GC coordination
Punch-List & Quality Control
Before we leave any room, it goes through our internal QC process. We then walk every space with your design and ownership team, resolving all open items before your opening date.
- Internal QC walkthrough
- Design team sign-off
- Deficiency resolution
- Final documentation package
Opening Support
We stay on-site through your soft opening to address any last-minute needs. Our team is available for post-opening touch-ups, warranty claims, and future renovation phases.
